F&b Manager

Education:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent
2. A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
3. Previous experience in a similar role or in the food and beverage department
4. Previous experiences in minor leadership and supervisory roles

Skills:

1. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
2. Good understanding of hospitality restaurant, including food safety and hygiene
3. Ability to create and develop opportunities for food and beverage sales
4. Interest in food and nutrition
5. Diligent, meticulous, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
6. Competence in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
