External Relation & CSR Manager (Alumina Refinery)

Responsibilities:

• Design, evaluate, and control community development programs around the Refinery area by short-, medium-, and long-term company policies and strategies.
• Fostering relationships and dealing with issues related to society and security, NGO, Ormas, Media, landowners, and stakeholders to support the company's smooth operation.
• Acting as a liaison to address concerns or conflicts between the organization and external parties.
• Lead efforts to reduce the company’s environmental impact and promote sustainable development.
• Directing, developing, and providing guidance to all subordinates.
• Analyze and provide recommendations on CSR, Community Development, and Security strategies to Top Management.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of External Relations, CSR, & Security working experience in the refinery (Nickel or Alumina).
• Understand the planning of CSR programs and the surrounding community.
• Able to create a comprehensive report for management.
• Result-oriented, target-driven, and high-achievement motivation.
• Able to work independently, be proactive, and have strong analytical thinking.
• Good interpersonal skill, communication, and coordination skills.
• Working with roster system.
• Willing to place on-Refinery, West Kalimantan.
