As Project Manager, you will be responsible to provide consistent, sustainable, and effective management direction for the project to ensure a successful project delivery.
What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Works with others on the project team to develop technical/functional solutions to strategic project objectives.
- Contribute to the business/strategic planning and review processes under the leadership of the Director, Consulting, Select & Technology.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with project stakeholders and clients.
- Provide consistent, sustainable, and effective management direction for all Consulting, Select & Technology Studies/Projects to ensure successful Study/Project delivery.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Provide support to the team where required and provide technical and analytical skills to other team members.
- Demonstrable reporting and performance.
- Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment.
What you’ll have
- Minimum of 15+ years of RFCC Catalyst Production or Manufacturing Experience.
- Having wide experience and networking with RFCC Catalyst experts within the industry.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager/Study Manager minimum 5 Years.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager on projects at least up to US$10M in total value.
- Demonstrated PM experience leading small and medium projects or portions of large projects.
- Experienced in the area related to synthesis, characterization and of catalyst evaluation, process development, technical services for RFCC units and scale-up of catalysts and additives.
- Experienced in involving laboratory studies and field trials to assess the performance of the developed catalyst.
- Involvement in the development and commercialization of RFCC catalyst/process is desired.
