PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting a Korean Home Furniture company and they're looking for an Export Sales Assistant Manager position to be placed in Tangerang with job descriptions and requirements as below:

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas retails.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and optimize sales processes.
• Scheduling the end-to-end process from manufacture's warehouse until retail.
• Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's Degree)
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• 10 years' experience in related function
• Proven track in handling leading US retails (Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
