Export-Import Specialist (English or Mandarin Speaker)

• Regulation: Analyze local laws and regulations, study customs clearance processes and tax reduction regulations, provide relevant regulations consultation and efficient solutions for the group;
• Customs clearance follow-up: Based on the information of goods exported from China, follow up on the arrival of goods, and complete the customs clearance work of goods in a timely and efficient manner;
• Handling of abnormal issues: Communicate and coordinate with government departments such as customs to solve difficult issues related to customs inspection and improve the efficiency of inspection and clearance; Responsible for integrating external agency resources, handling relevant permits and customs procedures according to different product import and export regulatory policies, and ensuring import and export clearance operations;
• Risk management: Identify and prevent major customs risk points, propose response strategies, lead and participate in setting internal process correspondences, negotiate and execute business with customs and clearance agents, maintain good relationships and information communication, arrange or receive visits from various departments, and ensure that operations comply with customs regulatory requirements;
• Information Management: Responsible for maintaining information in the customs system.
• Supplier Development: Responsible for developing local supplier resources in Indonesia.
• Expense Management: Responsible for monthly expenses accounting, arranging payment request in time.
• Other Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade or supply chain related fields;
• Mastering one language, including English and Chinese, and possessing good oral skills;
• Proficient in foreign trade management and customs clearance management knowledge, with certain negotiation skills;
• Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure;
• Proficient in using various office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.);
