Company Description: Lam Seng Hang (LSH) started supplying to the Indonesia market on a regular basis as early as 1994 to meet the chemical requirements of various industries. Material at that time was supplied from our Singapore office. In the late 1990s, LSH started to invest in Indonesia and commenced the establishment of the Indonesian branch office of LSH. It was envisioned that the branch office, named PT Lam Seng Hang Indonesia, will provide local stock points and resources to handle its own logistics.

Job Description:

• Import Handling and Documentation (BL, Packing List, Invoice, COO, Quarantine, Etc)
• Handling Government Permit and License (BPOM, Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup etc)
• Handling Export Documentation (BL, Packing List, Invoice, COA, COO, Phytosanitary Cert. etc)
• Handling Customs issues related to export & import.
• Monitoring import shipments and coordinating with the warehouse team for receiving the goods on time.
• Monitoring export shipments and coordinating with the warehouse team for stuffing the goods on time.
• Follow up with vendors for billing and submit them on time to the finance dept.
• Handling CEISA 4.0 for PIB processing.
• Coordinate with Insurance Company to cover the goods with insurance.
• Liase with Accounting & Finance Department in preparing payment of PIB and taking the document from the bank if using D/P, D/A, L/C, etc.
• Arrange Payment Requisition for invoices from vendors (Freight Forwarders, PLB & General Warehouse).
• Oversee logistics activities (inbound, storage, outbound) and ensure efficiency, cost control, and resolve any logistics issues.
• Monitoring inventory details and ensuring physical stock is in accordance to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Ensure logistics activities are standardized in compliance with warehousing regulations.
