The working venue is in Central Jakarta.

Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Exim Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creation and management of documents related to import / export operations (ex custom).
2. Coordination with other departments in Japan and other countries, suppliers, forwarders.
3. Schedule management, documentation, profit calculation or other related tasks.
4. Negotiation with client.
5. Update of import / export regulations.
6. Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Have min. 3 years EXIM experience in Trading company (preferably) / Forwarding company with handling Food / chemical products in a Japanese company.
2. Business level English skill.
3. Be able to update regulations or laws constantly.
4. Cheerful and bright characteristics.
