Job Description Employee Services Section

If you enjoy event management and organizing activities for the masses, this could be the perfect option for you. It’s no small feat to organize tournaments, carnivals, shopping trips, events and activities for nearly 12,000 employees. But if you are up for the challenge, you’ll be in charge of coordinating the event from planning refreshments and menu, dealing with third-party vendors and suppliers, booking entertainers, venue decorations, and basically, ensuring all events run smoothly. In addition, you’ll be required to manage the operations and maintenance of the employee's canteen and laundry on a regular basis, all in line with promoting employee welfare.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Mass Communication or its equivalent.
  • Preferably with 2 years experience in HR Field.
  • Display maturity and command respect.
  • Possess good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialects would be an added advantage (if applicable).
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
