We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper /Assistant Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure that our hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Job Title: Executive Housekeeper /Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Report to: Residence Manager

Benefit: Meal allowance and accommodation provided

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure all areas of the room are clean and well-maintained.
  2. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistent high-quality standards.
  3. Supervise, train and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  4. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requests and manage housekeeping-related issues.
  5. Oversee inventory, ordering and proper usage of cleaning supplies, equipment and linens.
  6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  3. High attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Proficient in housekeeping management software and familiar with cleaning equipment and products.
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  3. Knowledge of housekeeping standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in cleaning.
