Executive Housekeeper

Our client is a 5* International Chain Resort with 350+ Rooms and 6 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to Director of Rooms.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. Experience in a similar position
2. Luxury resort experience is a must
3. Strong knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
4. Able to make decisions and solve problems when under pressure
5. Able to demonstrate skills in financial analysis and reporting
6. Strong in organizing, planning and supervising cleaning & maintenance work
7. Computer literate
8. Excellent communication and training skills
9. Good in English both spoken and written
10. Strong leadership (leads by example)
11. Tactical skills and result oriented
12. Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated
13. Able to work independently
14. Outgoing, pleasant personality
15. Guest focused and engaging
16. Positive attitude
