Job Responsibilities:

• Support Operations by assisting the team in planning, organizing, and implementing administrative tasks.
• Event Management including planning and executing coordination & collaboration with respective parties within the timeline given.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Event Management or its equivalent.
• Able to work independently, multitasking, and handle work pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
• Working experience in Event Management or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin. Ability to communicate in foreign languages will be an added advantage.
• Possess a positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player spirit.
