Job description

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of notable Financial Services Regulator in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a highly qualified Executive Director of Surveillance, Inspection, and Statistics.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee bank surveillance, financial system stability analysis, bank inspections, and statistical management.
Manage surveillance programs for different types of banks.
Review and approve necessary reports for effective surveillance.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Supervise financial system stability analysis and coordination with relevant committees.
Manage bank inspections and resolution method analysis.
Oversee data processing and statistical management.
Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding data management.
Supervise unit responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

Min Master's degree or higher in Economics or Law preferred.
Extensive experience in related fields, with a minimum of 20 years of experience and 6 years in a director-level position.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, execution, innovation, and change management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
