Executive Assistant to Director (Full Remote, Fluent in English is required)

ATech Solution Limited is a leading IT company specializing in IT Software Development (In Hong Kong, Malaysia & Indonesia). We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our director in a hybrid work setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various functions including marketing, IT project management, finance, HR, and administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact and provide comprehensive administrative support to the director in a remote work environment.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to support project management activities and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Aid in financial tasks such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, and issuance of invoices.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and employee relations.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as preparing reports, organizing virtual meetings, and managing digital documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred.
  • Min. 3 years experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary or PA to the director.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Cantonese is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and MS Office suite.
  • Experience in marketing, IT project management, finance, or HR is a plus.
