Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
Provides high-level clerical and administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director.
Set up, maintain filing systems and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Work closely with other departments such as Operations, HR, and the Business team.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Job Requirement:
Min 1 year of related experience from management or related fields from reputable universities.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, detail-oriented.
Good personality and communication skill.
