Environment Section Head (SPV Level)

About the role

As the Environment Section Head (SPV Level) at PT Fonusa Agung Mulia, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's environmental management and compliance within the FMCG sector. Based in Cikande Banten, this full-time position will involve leading a team to ensure the company operates in an environmentally responsible manner.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting waste management control in the production process.
• Monitoring the environment for pollution.
• Developing and following up on energy conservation programs (water, electricity, wind).
• Preparing the budget and controlling the realization of environmental program needs.
• Preparing reports on material usage in the environmental section.
• Solving problems that arise within the scope of the section.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in an environmental management or compliance role, preferably within the food and beverage sector.
• A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations, experience in handling chemicals, hazardous and toxic materials (B3), and management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• A proven track record of driving continuous improvement in environmental performance.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and the use of relevant software and tools.
