Enterprise Risk Management (Manager)

• Identify and manage risks to the organization, its employees, stakeholders, assets, and operations.
• Monitor and maintain Key Risk Indicators parameters on a monthly and weekly basis.
• Prepare Risk Register report 1-2 times per year.
• Work together with other risk units in reviewing new products or new features of products.
• Engage and develop effective working relationships to support cooperative responses to risk management matters and issues.
• Provide guidance and training to promote risk control awareness, ownership, and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably from start-up/tech company or product/business in lending industry or credit, e-wallet/payment, digital product.
• Good knowledge about risk management, with exposure to handling ERM roles in current or past roles.
• Experience in handling process Risk Register, leading and/or coordinating RCSA (risk control self-assessment).
• Data tools (SQL, BigQuery, etc.) capability is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
