Job Description

(General) English Teacher

• Teaching a variety of courses according to IELC’s world class curriculum
• Preparing lessons and carrying out basic administrative duties
• Attending teacher meetings and workshops
• Teaching at IELC Campus in Semarang

Exam-Prep Teacher

• Teaching exam preparation (IELTS/TOEFL) classes
• Preparing lessons and carrying out basic administrative duties
• Attending teacher meetings and training programs (including exam prep program quality assurance, material/course development, providing student services)
• Teaching at IELC Campus in Semarang

You have the following personal qualities

• You have a growth mindset.
• You’re active and self-motivated.
• You’re communicative.
• You work fast and you produce high quality work.
• You’re cheerful and love helping people.

Qualifications:

• English proficiency minimum TOEFL 600/IELTS 6.5
• Experience teaching IELTS/TOEFL preferred.

Additional qualifications for (General) English Teacher

• Experience preferred but not essential (ongoing training provided).
• English Major graduate preferred but not essential.
• You enjoy working with children and teenagers.
