3. English B2 minimum, B2 preferred
4. Excellent written English
5. Communicative
6. Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
7. Willing to be placed in YOGYAKARTA

Responsibilities:

1. Answer incoming chats and respond to emails
2. Handle customer inquiries via chat
3. Provide customers with product and service information
4. Identify and escalate priority issues
5. Document all information according to standard operating procedures
6. Complete all chat logs
7. Update customer profiles in the computer system
8. Conduct customer surveys to ascertain the level of customer service
9. Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solutions
