Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Manager at PT Maju Teknik Sejahtera. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for managing technical sales, account management, providing technical support, sales activities, and ensuring high levels of customer service in the specified industries within Sumatra.

Qualifications

1. Technical Sales, Account Management, and Sales skills.
2. Strong understanding of the upstream and midstream oil and gas markets.
3. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
4. Technical Support and Customer Service skills.
5. Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level clients.
9. Experience in the petroleum industries is a plus.
10. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferable.
11. Mastery in English, both written and oral, is required.
12. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
13. Possess own transportation.
14. Willingness to travel extensively.
