Engineering Maintenance Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ of experience in a similar position
• Expertise in Mechanical Services, Electrical Services, Plumbing & Heating, Life & Safety, Utilities Supply, General Building Maintenance, and Electronics & Communication
• Strong technical knowledge with proficiency in engineering software, tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users and vendors
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, operate, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical services, as well as general building maintenance
• Ensure high standards of preventive, corrective, and project-based maintenance for the building and its facilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering engineering projects successfully, within budget and timeline.
• Lead by example through professional behavior, communication, and appearance.
• Oversee the smooth technical operation and maintenance of building installations.
• Ensure the safety of personnel and property, maintaining a high standard of equipment.
• Prepare monthly reports in accordance with company policy, covering utilities consumption, staff schedules, medical/vacation leave, correspondence, purchase requests, store control, inventory, complaints analysis, logbooks, and repair/job orders.
• Focus on cost and energy efficiency
