Engineer (Electrical, Machine, EHS, Project, Technical Planning)

Electrical Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Design the internal power distribution layout and specific construction plan.
2. Maintain the company's power system to ensure its efficient and stable operation.
3. Organize and modify relevant drawings to ensure timely updates in the drawing library.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree.
2. Have more than 3 years working experience.
3. Language requirements: Chinese, English, Indonesian.
4. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in electrical automation.
5. Candidates should be familiar with electrical design documents, technical standards, specifications, and procedures.

Machine Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Be able to understand mechanical and hydraulic drawings/standards.
2. Be familiar with the disassembly and assembly processes of bearings, belts, gears, pumps, and motors.
3. Possess good communication and expression skills, and logical thinking ability.
4. Have more than 3 years of management experience in stamping equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Fluent in English both spoken and written, ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred.
3. More than 3 years working experience in stamping industry.

Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the supervision, management, and coordination of the safety and environment of the factory, and implement the relevant safety production management rules and regulations.
2. Do a good job in factory safety and environmental publicity activities, education and training, special equipment management, safety and environmental hazards inspection.
3. Supervise the implementation of the operation system and operating procedures, have the right to recommend punishment for unsafe factors, put forward rectification opinions and rectification measures, and order them to rectify in time.
4. Supervise the treatment and management of waste water, waste gas, and solid waste in the factory.
5. Environmental impact assessment declaration, environmental impact assessment approval, and monitoring of waste water, waste gas, noise emission, and radioactive equipment.
6. Formulate the emergency rescue plan for the production site of the factory, and actively investigate and deal with general safety accidents and environmental pollution incidents.
7. Carry out regular and irregular safety inspections on the production status of the factory, and urge the factory to carry out self-inspection and mutual inspection.
8. Participate in the organization and implementation of fire prevention inspection, fire fighting facilities inspection, and fire hazard rectification.
9. Be responsible for the 5S management of the branch factory, and continuously promote the improvement of the on-site management level of the factory.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in safety engineering, environmental engineering, etc., with Indonesian local professional certificate is preferred.
2. More than 3 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing industry, with the concept of EHS management system, experience in automobile main engine factory and EHS system construction is preferred.
3. Be able to independently undertake project work.
4. Demonstrated experience in EHS automotive industry.
5. Expert knowledge of local EHS legislation.
6. Good computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Working knowledge of English and proficiency in the automotive industry. Good command of Mandarin is preferred.

Project Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in controlling project time nodes, and assess and remind project risks.
2. Related document translation.
3. Accept system users' comments and summarize feedback.
4. Responsible for the organization and resource coordination of systematic training meetings.
5. Timely complete other work assigned by the project team.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma's degree and above.
2. English and Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Technical Planning Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical management and project coordination in terms of quality and progress of the whole-process installation project of primary electrical, plumbing, and other public power.
2. Land construction and public power investment budget declaration and management.
3. Project management of the whole process of land construction such as general assembly, stamping workshop, and equipment foundation.

At least one of the above points is met, a professional interview can be conducted.
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, power, and other mechanical and electrical majors.
2. More than 2 years of experience in automobile factory construction or surrounding area engineering construction.
3. Familiar with surrounding mechanical and electrical equipment and materials related resources, such as local common air conditioning, cables, lamps, pipes.
4. Valve brand, specification, and standard, etc.
5. Language requirements: Chinese and Indonesian, can use Chinese for daily communication.
6. Proficient in CAD and office software.
7. Good at sports specialty are preferred.
