Position Overview:
Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS)’s Systems Engineering organization seeks a Process Engineer to evaluate contractual requirements and engineering processes related to product design definition, generate technical data package (TDP) deliverables, define and execute processes for Item Unique Identification (IUID), and lead continuous process and tool/system improvement initiatives in support of the Air Dominance division - St. Louis programs.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in St. Louis, MO. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Typical Education & Experience:
Associate (level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.
Senior (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range (Associate - Level 2): $73,100 - $98,900. Summary pay range (Experienced - Level 3): $88,400 - $119,600. Summary pay range (Senior - Level 4): $108,800 - $147,200.
