Electrical & Automation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Based on schedule to maintain and calibrate machinery including controls, components, laboratory equipment, and instrumentation on Bottling Line, Canning Line, Kegging Line, Brew-house, Fermentation, Filtration, Yeast Propagation Plant, Beer Recovery, Utility, Water Treatment, and Waste Water Treatment of PT Delta Djakarta.
2. Based on the schedule to maintain the transformer, electrical power distribution system, Main distribution panels, Motor Control Centre Panel, Grounding, and motor including the protection system.
3. Suggest maintenance activities improvement in PT Delta Djakarta.
4. To implement and evaluate the EHS program in his area of responsibility.

Brief Duties and Responsibilities

1. To do and supervise the overall calibration and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery, including electronic controls and instrumentation based on the schedule of the preventive maintenance program at Bottling Line, Canning Line, Kegging Line, Brew-house, Fermentation, Filtration, Yeast Propagation Plant, Beer Recovery, Utility, Water Treatment, and Waste Water Treatment.
2. To do and supervise maintenance activities for the transformer, electrical power distribution system, Main distribution panels, Motor Control Centre Panel, Grounding, and motor including the protection system.
3. To set up and continuously update SAP Electrical/Instrumentation Plant Maintenance for the whole brewery.
4. To do and supervise electrical & automation projects or improvements for all electrical control systems of the brewery.
5. To collect data and report daily, weekly, and monthly conditions of each machinery.

Requirements

1. Must have a Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably in Electrical or Instrumentation.
2. Having 2-3 years of experience in maintenance of beverage plants.
3. Good command of English, both written & spoken.
4. Good leadership & supervisory skills.
5. Must have knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
6. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 22000.
