Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate order fulfillment.
2. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in order fulfillment.
3. Ensure accuracy of inventory management and warehouse processes, including maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
4. Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods, including quality and quantity checks.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer concerns.
6. Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
7. Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
2. At least 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the E-commerce industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques.
4. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
5. Proficient in data processing and effective presentation using Google Doc Editor or MS Office.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational challenges promptly.
8. Able to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
9. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by operational needs.
