Warehouse Administration Operator

About the role

Become a Warehouse Administration Operator at PT SCG Barito Logistics in Cilegon Banten. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to join a logistics company and play a key role in their warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Ensure efficient and organised storage of products in the warehouse
• Planning and structuring of the space (storage line) in the warehouse
• Serve and control the requested product to inbound and outbound every day
• Update the status of the inventory in the warehouse every day
• Reporting cycle counts daily and monthly to the Inbound and Outbound Warehouse Supervisor
• Control and coordinate with the WMS Admin about the allocation of the goods that can be carried out per the FIFO procedures
• Responsible for each process and control stock-taking in the warehouse
• Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies
• Liaise with customers and other departments to provide updates and resolve any issues
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the warehouse

What we're looking for

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with min GPA: 3.00
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role
• Understand about Warehouse and Inventory Management
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technology
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Have Microsoft Office training certificate and ISO 9001:2015 Awareness Training Certificate (if any)
