Job Opportunity: Architect / Civil Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced architect to join our team in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed architectural and civil engineering drawings using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Turn design concepts into accurate as-built drawings for construction.
• Conduct site surveys to collect data and ensure designs meet project needs.
• Keep all drawings and project documents organized and error-free.
• Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Communicate clearly in English with team members, clients, and contractors.
• Solve design or technical problems quickly and effectively.
• Ensure all work follows industry standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural or civil engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Ability to work independently, translating concepts into precise as-built drawings.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to drafting and documentation.
• Capable of conducting site surveys with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
