Cost Controller - Mining

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and detailed costing analysis for the mining business.
• Monitor and review the actual cost of the approved budget and identify areas for improvement by analyzing all issues.
• Initiate cost reduction program for end-to-end process including projects and OPEX.
• As a cost controller, oversee cost management for all operation/project aspects.
• Monitor and review all site’s financial-related matters (Rencana Anggaran Biaya, Petty cash, Bank Account, etc).
• Assist in audits and perform account reconciliations.
• Develop cost management-related reports as required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Management.
• Having at least 5 years of working experience in Cost Control/Auditor (KAP).
• Working experience in the Mining industry is a must.
• Familiar with accounting computation and enhanced skills in MS Office.
• Strong ability in data analysis, detail-oriented, and good analytical thinking.
• Proactive, with good interpersonal skills, and willing to travel to the site regularly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
