Job description

Responsibility:

  1. Developing business strategies to increase customer numbers, sales, and profits.
  2. Leading, motivating, training, mentoring, and supervising store staff effectively.
  3. Ensuring optimal store service to create high customer satisfaction.
  4. Arranging work schedules, permits, and other tasks for store staff.
  5. Maintaining the cleanliness, condition, and atmosphere of the store so that customers feel comfortable.
  6. Supervising store administration and ensuring that the work of administrative staff is in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
  7. Analyzing and reporting purchasing trends and customer needs.
  8. Handling problems arising from staff or customers, including complaints and criticisms.
  9. Conducting staff performance assessments and determining whether training is needed or not. Also, deciding whether staff employment contracts will be extended or terminated.
  10. Designing the layout and appearance of the store as attractively as possible.

Qualification:

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree, preferably with an educational background in management, economics, accounting, or communication.
  2. Minimum 1 year of work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  3. Fluent in English.
  4. Ability to lead and manage store staff.
  5. Skills in customer management, including being able to understand and meet customer needs.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers effectively.
  7. Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction, focusing on providing a good shopping experience and building long-term relationships with customers.
  8. Work placement in Ciledug.
