Job Responsibilities :

• Design and implement robust security controls, policies, and procedures for an agnostic cloud environment, ensuring compliance with standards like CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001.
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, enabling automated security testing, vulnerability testing, and code reviews in collaboration with the DevOps team.
• Develop and maintain security automation tools, such as IaC security scanning and container security solutions.
• Manage and enhance security tools like SIEM, WAF, and native cloud security solutions.
• Partner with governance and compliance teams to continuously improve security posture and manage security risks.
• Provide security guidance and training to development, operations, and business teams on cloud security best practices.
  

Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years as a Cloud Security Engineer with a focus on agnostic cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficient in cloud security tools (e.g., Cloud Security Posture Management - CSPM).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Preferably certified in AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer, or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
