Senior Structural Engineer

Senior Structural Engineers:

Our client is a global engineering consultant company.

These roles will involve the design and documentation of building structures for large and small projects around Indonesia and abroad, as well as specialized engineering studies and assessments.

You will:

1. Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.
2. Produce designs, documentation, specifications, fee proposals, reports, and other documentation to meet client requirements for projects of reasonable complexity.
3. Prepare client reports accurately.
4. Monitor projects for fee variations for consistency.
5. Liaise with engineers and drafters to enable the preparation of documentation.
6. Manage a design team of engineers and drafters, including the allocation of resources and checking work for small projects.

This role is ideally suited to someone with:

1. 5+ years of experience in Civil (Structural) Engineering.
2. A Degree in Civil Engineering.
3. Experience in high-rise buildings, residential, commercial, and manufacturing building projects.
4. An SKA license is an advantage.
5. Strong technical ability and understanding of engineering principles.
6. Interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal, clearly and tactfully.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making: Strong analytical skills to address HR challenges and make sound decisions based on best practices and compliance requirements.
8. Attention to detail: High standards for accuracy in data management, documentation, and process execution.
