CACERES TOUS STUDIO BALI is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team. We are an exciting, dynamic, and expanding company with projects worldwide, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about design and eager to contribute to our unique architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead architectural projects from concept through to execution, ensuring design excellence and attention to detail.
2. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the project team to develop design solutions.
3. Manage and oversee all stages of the design process, including planning, technical drawings, and construction coordination.
4. Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.
5. Ensure that the projects adhere to local regulations, client expectations, and the highest quality standards.
6. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all goals are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design.
2. Strong proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
3. Experience working on a variety of projects, preferably residential, hospitality, and commercial.
4. Excellent understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
5. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
8. A degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Salary Range: IDR 10,000,000 - IDR 25,000,000 per month, based on candidate experience.
