About Our Client

Job Description

  1. Conduct research to identify potential new customers and maximize opportunities.
  2. Visit potential customers to generate inquiries and interest.
  3. Maintain and update the CRM system accurately and promptly.
  4. Identify, develop, and manage relationships with agents/partners to ensure full market coverage and meet sales targets.
  5. Prepare and monitor quotes for potential customers.
  6. Maximize additional business opportunities with existing customers and maintain strong relationships.
  7. Take full responsibility for account management, handling both new and existing customers from initial inquiries and leads, including follow-up visits.
  8. Leverage the product range to drive sales and customer interest.
  9. Achieve KPI targets, including customer visits, inquiries generated, quotes converted, and orders secured, while ensuring profitable margins.
  10. Collaborate with other regions to explore additional sales and intercompany opportunities.
  11. Identify sales targets through collaboration with the commercial team, internet research, and analyzing installed base lists.
  12. Maintain positive customer relations to promote a favorable company image and brand.
  13. Plan and execute successful sales visits, leading to the selection and specification of products by prospective customers.
  14. Follow up on incoming inquiries and proposals, ensuring their conversion into profitable orders aligned with business development strategies.
  15. Address terms and conditions queries in collaboration with the proposals or legal team.
  16. Provide and maintain budget and sales forecasts to support business planning.
  17. Determine sales opportunity values and timelines for qualified prospects.
  18. Report on sales activities and results, providing regular updates to the management team on customer visits and market interactions.
  19. Act as the customer's representative within the organization.
  20. Resolve any customer issues by working with internal teams to ensure long-term improvements are made.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  2. Self-disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt to changing conditions.
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment aftermarket/service and repair sales, specifically within the heavy industrial and mining sectors.
  4. Experience in new equipment sales is an advantage, but not essential.
  5. Proven track record of successfully developing both new and existing customer relationships, particularly in the mining sector in Indonesia.
