Build and maintain good relationships with customers, especially with strategic key accounts.
Engage in developing and executing sales, product marketing, and aftersales programs to achieve defined targets and support company business strategies.
Explore business opportunities for specified categories (bearings, plastic parts, rubber seals, forging, and/or machining parts) and develop premium dealers in the country.
Regularly report to HQ about business status and news.
Develop a customer strategy for business development in the country for the automotive and industrial segments.
Set up and manage a Business Plan including P&L responsibility for the Country Unit.
Ensure transparency concerning customer target prices and competitors' prices.
Create quotations with support from the team and follow up.
Coordinate exhibitions, presentations, top management events, and meetings.
Observe technical trends and requirements and the activities of the competition.
Identify and record new start-up customer requirements.
Prepare for budget planning regarding the team in the region.
Execute and coordinate cost reduction measures for the team.
Carry out performance reviews of subordinates.
Work with the team to settle delivery issues, warranty claims, and review commercial impacts if necessary.
Set up and motivate the team to achieve business plan targets.
Identify weaknesses of team members and develop plans with support from other functions.
Perform other tasks assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience in sales of bearings, with a preference for premium brands.
Strong communication, presentation, and team cooperation skills.
Good knowledge of products, market, financial analysis, technical knowledge, and strategic leadership; engineering background is a plus.
Assertiveness and negotiation skills to balance stakeholder interests.
Goal-oriented, recognizing and respecting the motives of internal and external partners while maintaining focus on personal goals.
Entrepreneurial thinking, with the ability to think outside the box while considering the interests of the entire automotive division.
Excellent social and intercultural skills, particularly in building and maintaining high-end relationships and networks.
Strong sense of quality and knowledge of ISO/TS16949.
Proven record of sales achievement, managerial skills, and team building.
