Remote Working & Placement: For prospective clients in Kalimantan - Balikpapan

Position Summary:

The Key Accounts Manager will develop and grow relationships with key accounts, focusing on understanding client needs, building long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and account management background in the travel industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to align client needs with company solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, managing commercial inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers for client retention.
  • Assess client needs and performance to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct partner visits to strengthen relationships with management and agents.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel Management, or related field (Master’s or additional certifications are a plus).
  • Experience: 3-5+ years in key account management, sales, or business development in B2B travel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the travel sector and B2B travel challenges.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and negotiate effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and booking platforms.
