Job Description:

• Be The Leader Of The R&D Department.
• Manage And Coordinate Every Research And Development Activities.
• Report Every R&D Process To Japan Headquarter.
• Discuss R&D Process With Japan Headquarter.
• Plan And Strategize Effective Research Methods.
• Be The Person In Charge Of Product Renewals.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as R&D Manager (assistant manager) in FMCG Manufacturing Company.
• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Management experience (Have had subordinates before).
• Business Level English proficiency.
• Japanese Language skills are a huge plus.
