Responsibilities
Develop and nurture relationships with clients in banking, insurance, IT consulting, or other industries, serving as the primary point of contact.
Understand client business objectives and provide strategic IT solutions tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations.
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
Prepare and present proposals, performance reports, and business reviews to clients and stakeholders.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Monitor account performance, manage client budgets, and consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and market developments relevant to client industries.
Manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in banking, insurance, IT consulting, or IT outsourcing industries.
Strong understanding of industry-specific processes and technologies in banking, insurance, or IT services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and propose practical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets in a competitive environment.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry with shifting priorities and goals.
Familiarity with emerging IT trends, market developments, and regulatory frameworks.
