Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients in banking, insurance, IT consulting, or other industries, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Understand client business objectives and provide strategic IT solutions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
• Prepare and present proposals, performance reports, and business reviews to clients and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor account performance, manage client budgets, and consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and market developments relevant to client industries.
• Manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role in banking, insurance, IT consulting, or IT outsourcing industries.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific processes and technologies in banking, insurance, or IT services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and propose practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets in a competitive environment.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry with shifting priorities and goals.
• Familiarity with emerging IT trends, market developments, and regulatory frameworks.
