Glico Wings is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Japanese Interpreter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating seamless communication between Japanese expatriates and Indonesian employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a key communication bridge between Japanese expatriates and local employees, ensuring smooth and effective interactions.
2. Accurately translate a wide range of documents, including but not limited to contracts, reports, presentations, and emails, between Japanese and Indonesian.
3. Actively participate in briefings, meetings, and negotiations with Japanese expatriates, providing accurate and timely interpretation.
4. Support the integration and cultural understanding between Japanese and Indonesian colleagues.
5. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

1. Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Japanese Interpreter.
3. Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
4. Possession of a JLPT N3 certificate is mandatory.
5. Strong administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Willingness to be based in our Factory, Karawang Barat.
7. Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
