Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, while delivering presentations that introduce Hikemore’s products and solutions.
Achieve sales targets with a focus on generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to tailor pricing structures/deals that meet their requirements.
Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and utilizing various social media platforms.
Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
Fully utilize CRM to report, measure, and control sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong database related to the outdoor fashion industry, especially for B2B clients, including Companies, Government, and BUMN.
Proven track record in new business development within a B2B sales environment, preferably in the outdoor fashion industry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
Excellent communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and deliver relevant offers.
Resilience and determination to always go the extra mile to close deals.
Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work under a WFA (Work From Anywhere) arrangement.
