Job Description:

• Lead and manage the 3C category, including Computer Accessories, Laptops, Gaming, Audio, and Cameras.
• Set and achieve sales targets, forecasts, and goals for each sub-category.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive category growth and achieve positive margins.
• Create programs for sales and marketing initiatives to promote and increase the sales of 3C products.
• Collaborate with sellers and brands for campaigns and exclusive product launches to support their growth and improve sales performance.
• Identify potential sellers or brands to onboard on our e-commerce platform.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the team responsible for the 3C category.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 of experience in a leadership role managing 3C category businesses, preferably within the technology or electronics industry.
• Strong experience in e-commerce management and online platform collaboration.
• Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in sales, marketing, and brand management.
