Project Manager

We are looking for a Service Engineer (UPS - Uninterrupted Power Supply) in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Indonesia, Batam. What you’ll do:

1. The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country.
2. Implement all the awarded projects.
3. Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope and contract schedule.
4. Manage all third parties involved in a project.
5. Exercise solutions for all difficulties in the project activities.
6. Collaborate with the solution team to work on any discrepancies in the scope of the project.
7. Monitor all project works and ensure all quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard.
8. Be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
1. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking.
2. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS.
3. Communicate to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements.
4. Ensure the QMS meets its goals.
5. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS.
6. Create a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any other Engineering.

10+ years of Project Management in Data Centers.

Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with Power quality products, proven by being a service engineer at the beginning of the career.
2. Knowledge of various systems in electrical engineering across a broad range of industries: commercial, mining, utility, etc.
