QC Inspector - Footwear

About the role
Deckers International HK Limited is seeking a talented QC Inspector - Footwear to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards for our footwear products, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting detailed inspections of finished footwear products to identify and address any quality issues
• Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality problems in a timely manner
• Documenting and reporting on quality control findings, identifying trends and proposing corrective actions
• Participating in the development and implementation of quality control processes and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to footwear manufacturing

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within the footwear or manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and quality control documentation
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality issues
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as statistical process control and sampling techniques
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality standards
