Sr. Business & Performance Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from Hasnur Group's various business units and compare it with external benchmarks to identify trends, best practices, and areas of improvement.
• Develop in-depth performance reports and provide actionable insights for the Commissioner to support decision-making and policy formulation.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the company’s performance aligns with strategic goals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (S2) in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business performance analysis, preferably in a holding company or group environment.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and experience with big data management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to senior executives.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects that influence business strategy across multiple business units.
• Adept at developing long-term strategies and making informed recommendations that drive business success.
