Your Role

As a Game Designer at Exp Inc., you will be responsible for testing and refining existing games while developing new game ideas into fully realized products. You will collaborate with two development teams to ensure that every game meets the highest quality standards and delivers engaging player experiences.

What You Will Do

1. Game Testing & Quality Assurance: You will spend a significant amount of time testing games, identifying issues, and ensuring smooth gameplay experiences.
2. Game Design & Development: You will design and refine online, offline, and hybrid games, ensuring they are engaging and technically sound.
3. Learning Games Expertise: You understand how to turn games into effective learning experiences and integrate educational value seamlessly.
4. Full Game Development Lifecycle: You excel at seeing projects through from concept to final product, ensuring all details are polished.
5. Collaboration with Development Teams: You will work closely with two development teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve game mechanics and features.
6. Constant Iteration & Improvement: You will oversee continuous testing, feedback, and updates for existing games to enhance player experience and performance.

What You Bring

1. Proven experience in game design, with a strong portfolio showcasing online, offline, and hybrid games you have worked on.
2. Extensive game testing experience, with a sharp eye for identifying and fixing gameplay issues.
3. Experience with learning games, knowing how to integrate educational value into engaging game mechanics.
4. A track record of delivering complete games, ensuring quality from start to finish.
5. Excellent collaboration skills, able to work with development teams and translate ideas into concrete game mechanics.
6. Strong documentation and communication skills, ensuring clear and structured workflows.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

1. Experience with UX/UI for games
2. Familiarity with game analytics and player behavior tracking
3. Knowledge of AI-driven game mechanics
