EdTech Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic EdTech Product Manager to lead the development and launch of a new online school initiative.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, technology, and product management, with the ability to bring a concept to life and guide it through to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle launch of the online school — from concept to first revenue
• Conduct market and audience research to define product strategy and content direction
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and real estate professionals to design the educational program
• Recruit and manage instructors, mentors, and content creators
• Oversee the production of course content, including structure, filming, editing, and packaging
• Select and manage a suitable LMS platform (e.g., Teachable, Kajabi, GetCourse)
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive enrollments
• Build student journeys, including onboarding, engagement, certification, and community development

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product or program management, preferably within EdTech or digital learning
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning innovation
