Business Analyst CHISS (Care Health Insurance system Solutions)

• Create the BRDs for CHISS in alignment to business requirements and needs
• Create the requirements traceability matrix, ensuring that there will be no system and process gaps on the entire process flow and customer journey involving CHISS
• Identify opportunities for CHISS process improvements and recommend solutions
• Ensure that CHISS requirements can support the flexibility of our product offerings in alignment to business needs
• Serve as the subject matter expert and the point of contact for all integrations involving CHISS
• Coordinate with co-BAs and colleagues from different verticals ensuring there’ll be no communication and expectation gaps on flows involving CHISS.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field is preferred
• At least 4 years of working experience with CHISS utilizing all modules is preferred for this position
• Strong and working knowledge on BRD creation is preferred
• Strong and working knowledge on creating requirements traceability matrix is preferred
• Solid years of experience working for the healthcare / health-tech industry is a huge plus
• Working knowledge in agile scrum methodology is preferred
• Detail oriented and highly adaptive
• Natural problem solver and a good communicator
• Proactive and fast learner
