About The Role
As the Digital Marketing Lead for Gojek's Transport & Logistics division, based in Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing advanced digital marketing strategies to drive the growth and market positioning of Gojek in the competitive transport and logistics sector. In this leadership capacity, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive user acquisition, and foster customer retention across various digital channels. By leveraging your expertise in consumer behaviour, data analytics, and digital marketing trends, you will design and optimize strategies to ensure maximum impact and ROI. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will align marketing initiatives with Gojek's broader business objectives, continuously evaluating and refining campaign performance to deliver measurable results.
What You Will Do
- Develop and refine strategic digital marketing initiatives for GoRide, GoCar, GoSend, GoCorp and GoTransit to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities and inform long-term marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to ensure digital marketing campaigns effectively support business goals and deliver measurable results.
- Lead the monitoring and analysis of campaign performance across channels, using data to drive strategic optimizations and improvements.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Contribute to the development of overarching marketing strategies and facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions to support business growth initiatives.
What This Role Needs
- 9+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and managing high-impact campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio with hands-on experience in campaign management and optimization.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior leadership.
- Ability to drive results through a combination of creative thinking, data analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications or an MBA is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing external agencies, and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
