Our Client is a 4* Hotel in Java with +/- 200 rooms.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

1. Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
2. Highly motivated, a self starter, efficient with time management, goal orientated with a desire for professional growth
3. Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
4. Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
5. Fluent in English both written and spoken
6. Excellent people skills and strong motivator
7. Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
8. Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills
9. Result oriented and able to work under pressure
10. Energetic, hands-on and motivated
11. Mature and resourceful
12. Great personality, enjoys guest contact, very customer service oriented
13. Demonstrates strong commitment to service delivery
14. Highly effective communication skills, including mentoring and coaching
15. Confident and outgoing personality
