Job Description

• Handle incoming inquiries related to Agency Admin and Agency License until complete on the same day.
• Respond to all interactions with clear explanations and accurate information using the application and record all interactions properly.
• Support other teams by handling inquiries related to PRUforce.

Requirements:

• Final year/Fresh graduate from any major
• Willing to commit to a 6 months internship period
• Willing to do hybrid working system (3x WFO & 2x WFH)
• Good communication skills, pleasant personality, and know how to deliver the best approach/service to agents
