Develop overall procurement strategy to improve bottom-line and service levels as an internal business partner to other teams.
Oversee Procurement function pillars across Category Management, Procurement Operations (Source-to-Pay), and Procurement CoE.
Monitor and manage team performance management and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position within the FMCG Industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is required.
Able to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Strong negotiation skills to obtain favorable contract terms and pricing from suppliers.
Able to evaluate supplier performance, conduct supplier audits, and manage supplier relationships.
Able to work collaboratively with other departments within the organization, such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
