SEO Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to Rewardz's digital platforms across products and 4 key markets, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Conducting in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content creation and optimization, including for blog posts.
• Implementing technical SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, meta tags, and schema markup.
• Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure our SEO and broader marketing strategy aligns with business objectives and supports lead generation efforts.
• Developing and implementing link-building strategies to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Producing regular reports on SEO and content performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of the English language, including excellent written and verbal skills, to collaborate with colleagues and agencies across APAC and the Middle East.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in improving Search Engine Rankings.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for various audiences and platforms.
